No More Snow [Demo]

haha this was genuinely an awesome time! my only real criticism is to have more levels and guns to explore with! I appreciate you taking the time to make this and I hope you enjoy my video! Im sure itll give a good laugh or your money back XD

Yo this was satisfying to play.  The aim could use some improvement, and I think you should decrease the bullet spread just a bit on the rifle. Overall nice game! 

Oh man, this game was just what the doctor ordered for the season! Loved the creepy atmosphere, and the topic itself never gets old! A few things I'd tweak personally:

1) improve rifle aiming;

2) add a hud;

3) add a level editor.

In the upcoming version, maybe add the ability to actually carry all the guns without replacing them, but as a balance feature - limited ammo, so the player has to switch between guns, naturally, gift boxes should give health and ammo pick-ups as well as new guns. Also, diversify enemies. The snowmen are fine and well, but surely you can add more kinds of snowmen (some that have ranged attacks for example), maybe add evil elves, naughty children, bad wolves, evil spirit-possessed-x-mas trees, stuff like that. Oooh, and some kind of holiday-themed weapon, or several: candy cane melee weapon, coal-shooter, snow-gun (ineffective against snowmen, of course), etc.

Man, if only I knew how to make my own game! :(

I found a bug. In the Krampus Town level, when you are at the final bossfight, one of the snowmen attacked me during the cutscene and i died in the cutscene, so i had the dead santa sprite but i was able to continue. I could also survive several hits from the boss. I would enjoy this fixed.

Absolutely loved this game! It was really fun to use the different guns, and murder all of the snowmen lol Was great stress relief! Definitely looking forward to the sequel!

To be honest, I was not expecting this to be as fun as it was. Very satisfying to play, albeit a little bit on the easy side. I gave some thoughts throughout the video, and even more at the end. I really enjoyed my time playing this, and I can't wait to see more! 

I have to say, this game is awesome! I started playing this game and played the whole thing through and loved every second of it! Great job on the game. I don't know if you are going to keep working on this game but if you do then I can't wait to see what's next! I feel like there is a lot of potential to make this game really big with some additions and maybe some changes.  For example the grenades are really fun to use but a little overpowered against bosses since you can spam them and kill the bosses really fast.  Some additions that would be really cool though are adding some more levels and bosses, maybe a couple new enemy types like an evil elf, also something that would be really cool is a progression system/ upgrade system so if feels like you are getting more powerful as you go instead of just picking up a new weapon.  Stuff like that would be really cool and even if you don't work on this game anymore, I still really liked it and I will keep up to date on any new stuff you release!

Hmm its pretty nice and i can enjoy for a while but thres things what  i didnt like it, like the fact of shot i mean somethings i didnt understand why the snow guys dont die when i shot them, or the fact of life, i would love idk they told u something like if they toch u you  you will die, about the grenades as they dont have a limit or something i just used it all the time, it would be totally cool if idk u put  a box in the middle of the road whit a number of grenades or something instead they were infinit  oh i realised what u can skip the npc, i mean i just walk away and thats it, the follow me ofcourse but if i came to the enemey and destroy them whit a granede it gets kind of boring but taking that apart the game is so cool and i really enojoy it, keep making more cool games dude

-bullet detection is a bit off but it is still fun

-bosses are great i like the difference between the Abominable Snowmen and Krampus as 1 summons and 1 fights 1 to 1
- love the amount of enemies you have to spray through and how there dead body's de spawn it hits nicely with the theme of the game

-Simple yet effective

Simple game fun and like the Rocket launcher

Loved the game, but I think there are a few things that could change for the better. First of all, when I was killing hoards of snowmen, some of the dead lumps of snow would get in the way of the bullet, not sure if this is intentional. I also noticed the dead bod of krampus was slowly sliding along the ground. Lastly, I was a bit confused on what letter corresponds to what gun, I think it would be better if there was a simple chart or some kind of different icon to represent the gun better, rather than just a letter. 

Besides that, I really enjoyed it!

- The rocket projectile is really wall done and it was my favorite!
- The way the snow men are so casual before the notice u and later on how they go all zombie ---> brilliant!!!!
- I wish there was another type of snow men. Felt like after I had the upgraded weapon they were less of a challenge.
- Something about the movement speed is sketchy.... Slow at the beginning for a sec and  then go back to normal speed.

Loved the game! It was short & simple, but filled with surprise elements for every snowman! I hope to see more quarantine projects to come, even out of lockdown! Hope this video helps out when it posts! 

Hi, I've made a video about your game and wanted to share some feedback about it :D

-Visually is really well done, I really loved the visual style and the particles.

-Pretty well polished main mechanics and animations, except for the final boss that actually had some movements quite "robotic"/"strange".

-I had some little problems with the camera as you can see at the video.

In conclusion, the idea is great and I hope you keep working on it, maybe you can take what you learnt making this game and put it in a bigger new one :D I think that people would like it and pay for it :). Hopefully this is useful for the development of this or future games :D, also if you could subscribe that would help me a lot :)
